None of our customers have reported fraudulent use of a credit or debit card as a result of a purchase made with us.

We work with Barclays ePDQ to bring you the very best in secure online transaction technology.

ePDQ employs a number of powerful techniques aimed at combating credit card fraud.

We do not store credit card numbers, and any personal information used for processing an order is kept on a server which is not physically connected to the Internet.

All credit card transactions are logged. Whilst we do not log the credit card number, we log an entire site visit transaction including your IP address to help protect you.

Firewalls are used to block unauthorised traffic to the servers and the actual servers are located in a secure location, which can only be accessed by authorised personnel.

All access to the servers is logged and failed attempts to access them are also logged and investigated.
